I love El Pollo Loco. This locations execution of the Corp recipes is a joke, embarrassing. Gave them two chances but will never go back. Leather chicken and the new Tacos had a pinch of meat. Pics are of rhe $5 tacos..Go elsewhere
Friendly cashier, however, cook/chicken chopper wasn't wearing gloves while working and chopping chicken. Until he realized, customers looking and grabbed gloves to wear it.
Had the chicken queso burrito ????. It was HUGE! And had the Al Carbon chicken taco ????.. bother were pretty good ???? Only problem was the manager was not very nice at all.. I asked for the gaucamole on the side and when the lady rung me up she didn't know how to put it in like that so receipt said no guacamole and when I asked for it he was snippy and said "It clearly says here NO GUACAMOLE." Also when I asked for the mild sauce he handed me a cup of diced tomatoes (not at all like the picture) and he got all argumentative with me about it being mild salsa.. ???? ???? Due to his attitude, even though the food was good, I probably won't be returning to this place..
