El Pollo Loco

I ordered two double chicken tostada salads, and a large coke at the drive-thru, paid for my meal and asked for green peppers before driving off. The guy said that everything was in the bag so I left. When my wife and I got to the park I noticed they didn’t give me a straw, napkins, forks, or the peppers I had asked for. On top of all this I didn’t get the extras chicken I paid for, and the little that I got was VERY salty. I immediately called to complain about my order, and the manager said that they don’t give those items out unless you ask for them. I’ve never heard of this especially when you order a chicken salad that requires a fork, or a drink that requires a straw. Shouldn’t it be their responsibility to ask if you need those items?This Pollo Loco is ridiculous, and I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

The communication and the quickly way to order is impressive. Need more people to maintain the seats and tables clean. People that do not buy anything comes and goes from the store like customers. Pollo loco is the bomb, nuff said. Thank god for their 5 dollar menu options. One of the only places that still offers 5 dollar combos for the tough times we are currently living in. Chicken is the best tasting in the fastfood world hands down. Also offer great family deals, and healthy options like keto and salads.
