This is my local El Pollo Loco. ???? Pretty decent spot. Always quick and fresh. The only reason I took a star off is for presentation. My pollo bowls always look like they just threw everything together. Kinda skimpy on sauces even when you order a bunch. Especially with COVID, since you can’t do it yourself at their salsa bar, at least hook it up. I miss when the BRC was 1.49
The food is good and they don't take a long time to serve the food. I recomend this place.
I consider this fast food. Quality is usually consistent , good and I find it a great alternative to burger chains. Serve is usually good. Usually kept clean and organized.
