El Pollo Loco

So I decided to pick up dinner unfortunately one of the employees disrespected me just to enter in the restaurant and instead of him telling me in English or Spanish with kindly words please sir can you take the drive-thru I couldn't understand but he treated me with ignorance and started giving me sign language and getting aggressive with me and instead of talking to me nice I understand we're in a pandemic I was wearing a mask and this restaurant had no respect for me and had no good qualifications for customer service and yet I was trying to get food on top of that there was no sign indicating that I couldn't pick up my food pay for it and then leaving in peace no I just got disrespected and with the aggression attitude with these employees I don't know what's going to happen to this Pollo loco?

Really bad service, they were not taking cash orders because they did not have any change. my chicken was raw really white chicken and they got mad becuase i asked them to cook it right, they refuse because they were busy. all employees really rude including the manager or leader.

Service was somewhat okay, employees showed no emotion or interest in what they where doing. The dinner showed it, was shocked to see dirty tables, sticky floors the place was a mess.. it's unfortunate some people don't take there job seriously, I show the cleanest sections, didn't want to embarrassed anyone by showing the worst.. management should pay attention into there afternoon crew. Tho this is my local pollo loco, unfortunately I won't be back.. it got me thinking if the dinner looks this messy I wonder what it looks like behind the counter...
