Pollo loco is my favorite fast food chicken. They seize in the meat just right and they have a good variety of other foods as well.
Really recommend this location, the staff is attentive and polite. One of their staff members Octavio is polite and is welcoming. All the staff that is there during 12:30 are polite and welcoming, It is there rush hour and they do their best to have your order ready. If you want your order quicker order online and pick up. I go during my lunch break and the wait is not bad. Keep up the great work.
Save your self a trip. Waited 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Just to get this. I'm very disappointed. Cashier was also rude. I had been craving this but definitely won't be coming back to this location.
