Love there pollo bowl. Great stuff. Beans, rice , pollo. The salsa is fantastic. The Tortillas are ok. Not the best but overall the price is good for what you get.
Bad service, very rude! Went there today July 25th @ 3pm. We were helped by a short Latina lady, didn't get her name and we ordered a family meal through drive thru, with mashed potatoes, beans and tortillas as side dish then I wanted to replace the tortillas for salad and she said I cannot replace it. Then went to the window, she told us, they didn't have mashed potatoes, she could have told us that when we ordered. No apologies for it then she asked me what to replace for it so we end up getting a salad. Also, I thought the price was $23.99 and she charged me $26.99 plus tax so I asked why and she just told me to look at the receipt, no explaination at all! Not going there anymore, the service is horrible!
Started visit the store couple months ago. Am very impressed with level service all staff and quality food. My favorite the double chicken avo salad????. The manager ( i don't remember her name ...she is a young lady wearing eyeglasses) very professional, friendly...a rock star! 100% recommended
