El Pollo Loco

This place I enjoyed everytime long while age. Recently this store management is really cheap and sucks. Old Hispanic guy got Wrong order and wrong amount charge and I ordered Coke, but didn’t put on my ordered. He always says “It’s okay” that’s it all he saying that and got me wrong charges and wrong ordered and makes me feeling bad to going this place. They need to have more education to getting the right order and give more respects how treats the Customers have feeling better and have enjoying foods and have good moods in inside places. Their manners are getting worse so We chooses not to go this place anymore. So cheap and not good attitude~

I checked the web site for the dining room hours which stated was open until 9 pm. I arrived at 832 pm. The reason why I needed to order inside is my work vehicle is too large for the drive thru. The doors were locked and 2 employees inside eating at a table totally ignored me! I was on a tight schedule with 4 other workers to start at 9 pm so I came to order take out for myself and my 4 workers! Thanks for the false advertising and closing the dining room whenever they want to! On a Saturday night no less! At least 2 other customers walked up and too were confused by it being closed despite the sign showing the hours and closing at 9 pm! You have no idea how much your business suffers by practicing business this way!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE. Never give you any utensils.. If you ask for some they act like they’re losing money for every fork they give you. Party of 7 and only gave us 3 forks and 5 napkins. When I grabbed napkins, manager was very rude and told me she would give them to me. When she only gave me 6 in the first place. Terrible and I will NOT come back ever again. Also writing a letter to their higher ups.
