Customer service and speed is not a priority at this location. Had to wait 7 min at the drive thru speaker to have our order taken. We were rushed and barley spoken to at the window. Once we received the bag of food there was a missing item that we paid for. We went inside to ask for that item and the lady at the front counter rolled her eyes and continued to give attitude. The workers don’t make it a friendly environment and seem unhappy to be there.
I am a new to El Pollo Loco, I was very pleasantly suprised with the menu and the grilled chicken. For a "fast food" restaurant... I was impressed with the food, the staff, and the cleanliness of the location. My only complaint was that I felt 2 tortillas was not enough for the 3 peice meal I ordered. Maybe I will order extra tortillas next time.
Ask for spanish rice got half beans and rice. Just to get home with not what I ordered??!! Like why don’t you guys just say theres no rice. Don’t go here they always get your order wrong
