One of the worst of all El pollo Loco's. It has gone into a major decline in the last 5 years and now has literally hit rock bottom. How do you not have Chicken. Seriously? No sign pulling in to say so. Just sat in the drive thru with no way out after them telling they have no chicken. "POOR" Management and ownership.
Wow! They are so cheap with their chicken and their toppings! I ordered the tostada salad and I laughed when I saw what it looked like! Unbelievable! Like where’s the beef! ????????????????????♀️
Two stories to tell. El polo on Grand Ave is friendly, helpful and efficient. El polo on Arrow Hwy in San Dimas is HORRIBLE cashier had to be told 4 times someone was a the window. Avoid the San Dimas location at all cost.
