I was very upset by the type of workers this el pollo loco had. I mean I ordered my food and was told I had to wait 20 minutes for my food which was two orders or two piece meal. They said they ran out of chicken. As a former worker for the company and well for them to say they ran out means their cook doesn’t know how to read / view how his chicken is going. Your not supposed to let it run out. The sad part was he did chicken but because I called him out on his lie his ego got bruised. He didn’t give me my order until 39 min after I ordered. He gave our bigger order from customers who came after me first. 12 piece chicken done 8 piece chicken done 16 piece chicken done But 4 pieces of chicken not ready for 39 min. I was late to where I needed to go and to make it worse he gave me the most burnt dried chicken ever!
I recommend the tostada salad, fresh and tasty.
The process of ordering to getting my food was quick and easy. I enjoy their shredded nachos chicken during my quick lunch break.
