I really never complain about food in fact I don't think I ever have until now. I just left El pollo loco I ordered a simple pollo bowl instead I got a bowl full of rice and beans very little meat I asked for hi-c they gave me an orange soda ? Also my tortillas are cold -0 Terrible food, poor service.
The food is delicious, love love love their red salsa. Service is great. Rosie always very kind and her service is great.
Just went and ordered "pollo bowls" for my family. Their response: "we're out of pollo bowls. We only have dinner meals." Ummm... What? You're out of rice, beans, and chicken? The same thing that your dinner menu is made of. Terrible service. Sounds like they have lazy workers at that location. Next time I'll go to churches chicken, Popeyes, or KFC. Edit: I just went to KFC. They had what I ordered.
