This El Pollo Loco location has THE BEST General Manager/customer service! Always very polite and helpful! Working so hard to make sure his customers are happy! Thank you, Angelo!
My family and I were not happy with our orders. Some of the servers had bad attitudes and they kept getting customers orders wrong. Customer service needs improvement.
This El pollo loco is an absolute waste of time. Never get your order right, just move along.
