El Paraiso Restaurant

My wife stopped by this place later in the evening last night for a late night burrito. Food was ok. What was not OK, was the cockroach that decided to join us for dessert after we finished eating. I have lived in Kane County for 5+ years and ordered food from restaurants all over the county during the pandemic and never have I ever seen something like this. The bug crawled out of the chip bag and right on to the table. Thankfully we were able to act quickly before it infested our home. This incident has been reported to the health department and needs to be investigated. I haven't gotten sick yet but won't be surprised if I do. Sending bugs home with your takeout meals is completely unacceptable.

El Paraiso is a Mexican restaurant that consistently delivers delicious and authentic food. I've been going there for years, and I've never had a bad meal. The tacos, enchiladas, and burritos are all amazing. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are cooked to perfection, and the service is friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a great Mexican restaurant, I highly recommend El Paraiso. You won't be disappointed!

The food was OK. Service was horrible. There was one other person in restaurant and three waitresses. They were all together with the cooks and talking away. One of the cooks was giving one of waitresses massage. They were all talking but mostly a heavy set waitresses facing the cooks and talking and laughing. I has to go to them to order some taco. Than I had to go and get container for my food. I told the one waitresses that Service was horrible. I told her there no one here yet I had to keep getting up to get there attention because they were having a good time with each other talking and getting massages. She said she was sorry. When I went up to pay she had to call one of the girls talking to take my money. I still gave a tip because it's only right but I will not be back.
