The girl taking the orders will need training on taking orders over the phone. She forgot half of my order. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. So I ordered again. She didn't fail she made the same mistake. Not only that but she gave the delivery driver the wrong phone number. So When the delivery driver arrived with my lunch an hour later. I asked what had happened. He said the girl taking the orders gave me the wrong phone number. He said this is not the first time. I called and asked why he was given the wrong number. All she can say was I'm sorry. My lunch was ice cold. I have ordered from this place a few times now. The order taker always seem to forget sending your correct order. So your constantly calling back because she doesn't send you a complete order. The funny thing about this is she never forgets to charge you for the items. I order 2 super steak burritos and 2 steak tacos with rice and chips my food was cold and I live around the corner the burritos was not super it was more avacado and lettuce then steak for it to be super then the tacos had no cheese at all like ask for so my kid didn't eat it I'm so irritated I spent 35 on awful food heard the microwave when I got home I realized it was the rice he had warmed up????????
