El Pabis Barbacoa

It was closed. When the hour sign said it was open. I arrived at 8a. Had to go next door for burritos.

Horrible service if u call in an order they don't give it to the cook till your their topics it up a complete waste of calling ahead the staff DOES NOT FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING THEY DO NOT WEAR MASK OR GLOVES the food smelled bad and tasted even worse never again I suggest to eat the left over cold pizza in your fridge rather than eating here ANY OTHER PLACE IS BETTER THEN HERE I couldn't even wait for my food inside their was so MANY FLIES dead and alive everywhere I stood outside for my food

First time visiting and it was enjoyable. The tacos de barbacoa were delicious, the barbacoa isn't greasy at all. They serve it with onion, cilantro, salsa roja, and a cucumber/avocado kind of salsa. Agua de melón was good (sweet) and the torta de barbacoa was good but very simple. It's a francesito/bolillo with just the barbacoa, once you add the toppings it amplifies the taste.
