The food is GREAT! My family and I are from Miami and we're craving some fritanga (that's what Nica food is referred to in Miami) El Oasis Restaurant hit the spot!! Our waiter was a young man and he was very nice took our orders and had the food brought to our table. It is an hour away from us but we will most definitely be back! The place is clean food is fresh and tastes AMAZING!
Customer service is not good. After requesting for the carne asada to be remade since it was too hard to chew at all, they made it seem like it's normal with well done when it is not. I don't know how it changed when I first went since this time the visit was not good. Overall, everything was good except the meat and they didn't do anything about it to be fixed so I paid for meat that was later taken to the dogs since they can chew through that.
I actually really liked it, great food, decent portion, but found it pricey. 3 meals with soda, tax, and tip was over $100.
