It is a special place in the heart of East Los. You can find from fresh tortillas, and bakery to shoes medicinal herbs. Alongside traditional Mexican food, seafood, Central American delicacies. You can also enjoy Life Mariachis. It is an incredible place.

Parking on the weekends is a little crazy but your trip will ne worth it if you want a little taste of Mexico. You can get esquites (corn in a cup), raspados (shaved ice), aguas frescas (natural fruit juice water), mexican food, and seafood. They also have a bakery, cold cuts and meats, desserts, plus other items you won't find anywhere else. We ate at a place called El Gallito Restaurante and the gorditas here are bomb, the guacamole is made to order, and the chips and salsa are very good. However, a very tiny shrimp and fish taco are $3.59 which is a total disappointment. You're better off eating something else. But if you want to see the live Mariachi go to the restaurant upstairs, I highly recommend it
