First time visiting El Gallo, and I was not disappointed. I had them smother my burrito with some cheese, which made it outstanding. A burrito, two tacos, and two drinks for about 12 bucks. Can’t beat that. Deathly want to come back and try some of the other items on the menu.
Hands down, the best! Birria tacos, sopas, and street tacos are my favorite. I haven't found something on the menu I don't like. On Saturdays, they make tamales, absolutely divine tamales, but you better be quick! They run out early and when they're gone, they're gone. I'm hesitant to even leave this review, because I don't want to fight for them! Slather some with their hot sauce and you have yourself a little party. Listen, the best places are unassuming, don't let the location fool you. Get in there and order you some authentic Mexican food.
Authentic Mexican Street Tacos!! DELICIOUS!!! Owner is a very nice man. I had the barabcoa, pastor & asada tacos... all equally delicious. We also picked up warm, fresh tamales to bring home for dinner... just $14 a dozen.
