Went there around 4pm. I ordered the arracherra, it was really good. It came with frijoles charros, not spicy but still good. My hubby had the bistek en chile rojo, he says he expected it to be a spicier and diced up, but it was good. Agua de melon is pretty good!
Always has a big platr of food, hot and ready to eat. They greet you just as soon as you walk through the door! Always nice to see their customers.
Authentic Mexican food in Memphis? Actually yes. Cool, no frills cantina style Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, clean dining room. Al Pastor tacos were terrific, and had pineapple as they should. Great rice and beans too. Chicken tacos were also really good. Liked the salsas that came with the chips too.
