This review DOES NOT reflect El Dorado as an establishment! I gave this a one-star review because my fiance and I were super excited to experience this restaurant and when we arrived learned the information listed here on Google is for the Sugar Factory and apparently this restaurant is no longer open in Miami. Unfortunately it took a long uncomfortable walk to make this discovery so please be informed that this information has not been updated for accuracy.
NEVER NEVER NEVER Will I dine at this place again.. We ordered several entrees at 10:30 pm, (to go) to which we were told it was not too late. We ordered a meat lover's pizza and they gave us a pepperoni pizza. We ordered Carne asada, they charged us 36.00, and what we got looked like beef liver. We called back the same night and no one answered. The next morning we called again, spoke to the "manager ". We took the food back and the lies spread to the West Coast! First, he said we didn't call that night because he checked the call log. Then the server said when we called we didn't say anything on the line. Now, did we call or did we not call??!!! Next he said we ordered a Supreme pizza. Nope, meat lover's. When I provided the receipt they began to speak in their native language. What a farce! Don't get me started on the Carne asada. The menu item should have cost us $13. Poor quality, management, and customer service. Stay away!!!
I have no idea how this place has four stars plus. Simply some of the worst Mexican food I've had anywhere, ever. Asked for a skinny spicy margarita, ended up getting Sunny D with some tequila and jalapenos. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other better establishments to eat at.
