One of Tulsa's best Mexican restaurants Only go to the 21st & Mingo amazing white cheese queso!!
I will say never go to this place. Thought the customer was right but here you are wrong. This was suppose to be 2 full cheese dips got 1 white and one yellow....do you see the yellow? I don't so the manager is questioning me this and that keep the 8 dallors and I will drive the extra miles to get great service.... Senor tequila here we come.
The manager/owner needs to take himself through a customer service training course!! Instead of telling a customer, no you won't do that... You should always be prepared to accommodate said customer! When asked for French fries to be placed inside a burrito, the manager/owner simply told the waitress no, we will not do that! So we had to order a side of french fries and then put them in the burrito ourselves. The appropriate customer service action would be to accommodate the customer. By simply saying there will be a extra charge for that and then filling the order as requested, you would have received a better rating and a satisfied customer. If you're going to be in the service industry, customer retention is very important nowadays. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you!
