Food was hot and tasty. This is not your typical Mexican food restaurant. Be careful vegetarians: the veggie burrito and veggie fajitas come with rice made with chicken broth. Service was great and atmosphere was great! Another plus: they’re open on Mondays…which a lot of restaurants in Boerne are not! Great selection of cocktails and alcohol also.
Fantastic ambiance, delicious food & great Margaritas! As a vegetarian it's difficult to find good local food. I'm happy to say El Cazador has vegetarian friendly items ! My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The service is great! I really enjoyed my time . We will be back. Vegetarian options: Spinach & Mushroom Enchiladas
There are a number of good things to say about this restaurant. Loved the outdoor seating area. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. This is not typical Mexican food. There are a lot of vegetarian and seafood dishes and I had a difficult time deciding what to get. Our food was tasty. However, the prices are way too high. $20 is the lowest price. Boerne needs some better restaurants such as this, but my fear is that people won’t go because if the prices and menu selections. I would give it more stars if I thought I would return.
