El Carbonero Restaurant

Worst experience ever I got a shot of gray goose and they brought me a tiny plastic cup that wasn’t even a shot I was charged 20 for that it was crazy expensive. My boyfriend got Michelada which is one can of beer mixed with tomato juice that was 15. And we also ordered food and the waitress didn’t even let us finish the food and was already coming back to collect the plates I feel like it was less then 15 mins and at the end they charged there own tip and when I told them about it that they said I can’t do anything about it and I can’t take it out it already charged and the manager said i have to pay that tip they put on there them self’s on top of that it was so hard to hear the waitress or even have a conversation cause the music was so loud she couldn’t even hear what I was ordering she had to come and scream into my ear she all around worst place don’t go there if if your looking for a nice place to eat at.

The food was okay at best. The service was awful!!! Since tips are included in the bill the servers aren’t much help. My server instead of being helpful kept forgetting our drinks and meses up our food order. Not to mention the servers all sat at the first table in the restaurant to sit on their phones and talk with each other. I would not recommend!!!

We where going to join our friends and family and they didn’t let us in because we had a baby with us and the older lady kicked us out for the baby
