The 1st couple times the food and service was great but when I took my wife out for her birthday dinner we were lucky to see our server he was more involved in mopping the floor. Even though there was more than an hour before they closed. Most of food was very salty. The salsa was very salty they said they were gonna make a new batch but I think they use the same salsa because it was still very salty. The vegetables for the fajita nachos seem like they scraped the bottom of the pan they were burnt, The chips were swimming in queso so they were very soggy you were lucky to find a crispy chip. I probably will never go back. Very disappointed.
El Burrito Loco restaurant was nice. I placed a to go order. I think their pricing is a little high for some items such as tacos are $8.99 (I believe ground beef & chicken) or $9.99 (build your own, like for steak) for only three tacos and no sides come with it. That's $2.99 or $3.33 respectively for one taco. They are authentic, fresh made, quality ingredients and taste good. I also got the fajitas, which were also good. I'll probably go back because of the high quality and my family enjoyed it as well. Lastly, I had a hard time finding the menu online, so I'm adding menu pics to be of help to others.
Firstly, we have been eating here for 15 years. The food can be hit or miss and had been good lately but the prices have gotten out of control lately. They now charge for chip refills which already start as mediocre basket size. They now charge 3% fee for using a credit card. My wife and I used to go there and spend $30-35 for dinner for 2. The 2 most recent times it cost us $52 for an order of chicken fajitas and 3 taco's. My wanted 2 tacos and they said they no long allow that only have a 3 taco plate so she got that and didn't eat 1 taco. Then they start tips at 18% on bill. Sorry we won't be back any time soon. We just made the same 2 meals at home for $12 total with a family sized potion of chips and salsa. They have a very large facility that was nearly empty most times and clearly must be struggling but you have to ease up on prices if you want customers to return.
