Einstein Bros. Bagels

Customer service not that great. The coffee was really cold. I was in a hurry so I couldn't say anything. The bagels were supposed to be toasted and didn't seem toasted at all.

I really love this Einsteins bagel place, it is super organized/ clean & delicious… It has a nice outdoor patio & a very friendly staff! i think this is because of the Mananger Mawi he is truly superb and always in great spirits, greets everyone with a big smile, manages his staff well and he seems to be a very hard worker going the extra mile to help all the customers, making them feel noticed & care for… i have been coming here for a while and it has been consistently excellent so decided to write this review to give Mawi some praise because this kind of Spirit is rare to find these days! This is definitely my preferred neighborhood bakery to visit here in Solana Beach ????❣️

This is the Einstein right up the street from my house. This is the 3rd/4th weekend in a row I have come and they did not have my bagel. I get here early in the morning and they claim they sell out before hand. When I addressed the situation the manager was not very nice and said that he has other things to do. If your store knows you sell out of a certain bagel super quick you would they they would catch on the the trend/demand and make more. Terribly run business.
