Don’t order your bagel ahead of time I’ll just keep it on the counter and won’t call your name or put it out for you to grab. Gets cold. Had to ask for a status update. Waited patiently for 10 minutes after a mobile order. Always understaffed.
The only location in town that regularly “turns off” the ability to order ahead through their app. Not interested in waiting in a crowded restaurant for a bagel and coffee when I downloaded the app to avoid that in the first place.
Food was good, but I didn't receive all my items when door dashing.
