So first off the line moves faster then I expected, at 8am on a Monday it was 40 min start to finish. Was it worth it? I would say yes. Coffee was good, sandwich was bacon and tasty. I loved the hash browns I would get 3 orders next time it was full on crack and I will probably dream about them. The biscuits was a massive letdown, it was overly dense but the best butter I have had in a long time and will try to figure out how to make it at home. The cookies as also ok. It’s good but I make a better burnt butter cookie. No points docked for that, I would get it again as finding good cookies can be hard. So line was fast, food was good. Get the hash browns you will thank me.

Great breakfast, line gets very long. Took about 30 minutes to get my meal. The double cheeseburger was great, and the truffle tots are awesome.

A breakfast only spot in The Cosmopolitan Hotel. Chaotic lines, indifferent service but exceptionally tasty scrambled eggs served with delicious, well seasoned truffle hash browns makes up for it. Avoid the overpriced coddled egg on pureed potatoes served in a jar. $11.50 gimmick which wouldn't feed a mouse. Do I recommend it? YES Was it good value? YES Will I return? YES Price point? $
