Egg House Cafe

Simple and quick. I like to start my day with their breakfast. Local, simple and friendly place to go. And the service is excellent. Would like to to return more and more. It’s pocket friendly too. Love their simplicity.

We are from NC, went to visit my Mom and Step-Dad who live in MN. They took us here to eat breakfast a couple times while we were there. The food is absolutely amazing and so was the service every time we went!! My daughter was 17 months old at the time, and they were so nice and accommodating to her as well. I highly recommend this place!!

No repeats! I really wanted to like this place. My experience was terrible. Arrived 7:30 ish in the morning. We were the only customers. We waited about 10 minutes for service. This is a small restaurant but our server was too busy talking with the cook to be bothered with us. Ordered a coffee and I like strong coffee but this coffee was bitter and not very good. Not a deal breaker as coffee is different from place to place. We ordered French toast and bacon & also eggs hashbrowns toast and sausage. The French toast was pretty good ???? the bacon not so much. The hashbrowns way undercooked the sausage patties gross. Server never checked on us! As we attempted to eat the food a "giant" and I do mean "giant" centipede ran down the wall and onto our table! I smashed it and informed our server. She said " yeah I think we are going to have to move that picture because bugs live behind it". What?! Needless to say we will never return.
