The young man at the drive thru window was sooo nice. Friendly, happy all smiles! Great customer service! Parking: Parking and drive was only thing not thought out. It gets too crazy I'm there.

As this is a Tucson institution, everyone knows what this place has to offer and this location meets that standard. I want to say something about the "Stranger Things Day" and the eegee that was served on that day. Man, that was horrible. Please don't bring that back. It was cool that you did something for that day but your employees seemed way overworked and stressed out. Other than that, keep the fries hot and the eegees cold and I'll keep coming back.

Although the food was very yummy and of course we enjoyed the classic Eegee drink, the service was absolutely terrible. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. The cashier was taking orders but didn’t close out tickets, so orders were being doubled in size and being taken out to the wrong people. Once we did get the correct food for our order, we opened the food and our sandwiches were incorrect so we had to bring them back to get the correct ones. The entire time all of this is happening, one of the shift leads is getting after restaurant workers for not answering him when asked a question and the workers we interacted with (including the manager) acted like we were inconveniencing them because of the issues we were having. Overall, just a horrible experience.
