EdoMae Sushi

The quality is going down. Maybe I'm used to how it was before. But when I used to get the Una Don, I'd get the eel filet over a nice bowl of rice. Now I get the left over nigiri pieces on a plate. Maybe it helps with their profit margin. It's $18 and looks nothing like the menu picture. Stick with tempura if you're not getting sushi. And even with that, you're given a small amount of dipping sauce. Yeah we got a refill, and even that was on an even smaller container. EdoMae Sushi 10995 Owings Mills Blvd.

My family and I have gotten carry-out from Edomae Sushi at least once a week for many years. The quality of the food is so good I cannot eat at any other sushi restaurant and be satisfied. Trust me, I’ve tried to on the one day they are closed (Monday) and have learned I’m better off waiting until the next day. The owner, Angel, is truly one of the hardest working and kindest entrepreneurs I’ve met. Even during peak dinner rush hours, she is positive and attentive; Angel is someone I’m always happy to see each week. We’ve tried many dishes over the years but our favorites will always be the Salmon sashimi taco, Chef Sampler, and Rock n roll. The food is 10/10 and the service is 11/10!

I've only eaten the sushi. Always fresh. Nothing fancy. My only issue is that I'm pretty sure the white tuna is Escolar(learned the hard way). So don't eat too much of it. I go for the customer service and for the fact that it's never crowded. Great place for a quick lunch and cold Sapporo
