Edo Gastro Tapas & Wine

So happy that I finally tried this place after hearing about it for a while. Went in with a couple friends and ordered the tasting menu. Also ordered a couple of their specials of the night. OH MY GOSH! It was amazing! Every course was delicious. Obviously we all had our favorites, but that didn't make the other courses less appetizing. My friend got a glass of wine and said it was amazing. I only took pictures of the first few dishes. Got swept away with eating after that. But there are plenty on here to see all the dishes. The service was incredible. We had a reservation at 5pm on a Friday. We were seated very quickly and gotten drinks very soon after that followedby taking our order. I was very hungry when I walked in and was very impressed how quickly we got food after putting in our order for the tasting menu. I would say that we probably got our first course (which was an amuse bouche) within a few minutes of ordering. It was very impressive. And the food just kept com

Absolutely phenomenal. My mouth is still crying from the amount of flavor in every single dish. There's a great variety of dishes from the daring chef's visionary concoctions to wonderful everyday dishes that are sure to delight everyone.

If you're like me and enjoy the experience of trying a lot of different things, I'd highly recommend getting the tasting menu. Like any good restaurant, the menu changes depending on what's in season, so be sure to check the menu ahead of time. Regardless, I think you'll have a positive experience. While there were some dishes that weren't suited to my taste, some of the dishes were so good that I wished I could've had a giant plate of it for myself. The tasting menu is reasonably priced and you'll leave feeling very satisfied. I hope to be back the next time I'm in Vegas!
