Eclipse Restaurant

Nice restaurant right on the Delmar loop. Not much for vegan options on the menu, but I ended up really liking a plate of rice and beans, fried plantain, and house fries. They also have a nice selection of cocktails. I tried the sunrise and it was really good. Would go back to order the same meal. You have to go into the hotel to use the restroom, but you get to then see more of the moon theme decorations, so I thought that was actually pretty cool to see how that motif is carried through between the hotel and restaurant.

My relative got the burger and I got the jerk lamb chops. My relative enjoyed her meal, but mines was horrible. The lamb chops were small with a strange flavor. My food came with no puree as advertised. It only came with a flavorless risotto and 3 green beans. I was really disappointed. The staff were kind, but I'm never coming back.

Awesome cocktails. Bottles of wine were pretty inexpensive for a restaurant. We are four appetizers for dinner and they were all very good and had a uniqueness to them. Highly suggest the lobster tacos and wings Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No … More
