Ebesu is such a beautiful restaurant with a calm atmosphere and fantastic service. We have tried so many dishes here recently but some of our favorites are the pressed sushi, the squid, the specials, and sashimi. I tried a highball and it was beautifully crafted. Visited EBESU for dinner with a group of colleagues and had a great experience. This is a first rate Sushi restaurant in the North Dallas area and everything we tried was very good. The atmosphere is quaint and modern and the service was great. I really enjoyed the super niku box and the presentation was great. If you are looking for good authentic Sushi, give EBESU a try.
