East Garden Restaurant

This is one of the craziest experiences I've ever had. There was literally a metal wire cooked in my chicken. PLEASE see the picture. I was taken back when I pulled it out my mouth. This was bad, but not as bad as the customer service when I called to complain. The person who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager and said this is the first time anyone complained about this so not a big deal. It's not a big deal that I could of choked and died for eating a piece of Orange Chicken with a metal wire cooked in it. I said have the manager call me because this is not ok. He took my number down and said I don't know if he will call you as he doesn't know when the manager will be in next. I really don't care, I have time for this. Still waiting.

This place has a wide variety of delicious cuisine. The servings are huge. It's clean, and the food is made when ordered. The food has just enough flavor. Highly recommend.

The food's good the service is a little all right you asking for water you going to make sure they're on it cuz I didn't get water until I was ready to pay and be careful because they charge you for gratitude in the tip and still ask you for a tip on top of that
