After Long day of disappointing trips me and my girlfriend decided we are going to stop at East Bay deli and give them a try for the first time. We Each order a cheesesteak and to start off they don’t even have marinara sauce anywhere in the building for the cheesesteak. I ordered fries with my cheesesteak and asked them politely to make sure that there is a decent amount of fries for the price they were charging and they told me don’t worry there’s enough fries in there. It took us 15 minutes to get home from the deli and as soon as we get home and opened the food boxes it seems to be two kids size cheesesteaks (compare the size to the packet of mayonnaise they put in the box) and a palm full of fries and we paid $26 for this meal. On top of that they laid the whole piece of cheese across the entire sandwich including the bread. I am very unsatisfied with the way this food turned out and it was completely dry by the time we got home. This is completely unacceptable and I will be retur
I had a great lunch at this location. The food was exactly what we ordered. Everything tasted delicious from the soup to the cheeseburger! Also, clean tables and great service!
The food at this location is not good. It's not flavorsome. The grilll ham and cheese sandwich with texas toast is always overcooked( burnt) who wants to taste burnt bread with their sandwich? It's a terrible taste. The Reuben sandwich is always wet on the bottom. I will not be eating here again. Plenty employees standing around and no one knows how to make a simple sandwich right.
