Early Bird Restaurant-The Landmark

Food is pretty good. Service not so much. I think this is a training issue. Service staff seemed willing and motivated just not skilled. I was in a party of nine and a few things were handled as if we were three. For instance; five people ordered coffee, when we asked for cream were given a tub with only four little creamers. Same when we asked for butter. When staff was bringing our meals they announced that they had an omelet but there were different kinds of omelets ordered, when we asked what kind of omelet they didn't know. If they get the service staff clicking this place could be a great brunch place and a gold mine for the owner(s).

This place is great. The staff is always so nice, it’s a large size place so we’ve never had a hard time getting a table. They have the option for reservations if you prefer to have one locked in. The menu is super affordable, the portions are great. They offer inside or outside seating, the vibe is cute and comfy. I got the chicken fried chicken the first time and it was great, but it was definitely wrong this time around and was accidentally the spicy chicken which was very weird. Cheers!

Service was absolutely horrible and for the price, the food had very little taste. I got the egg rice bowl and had to dump salt on it. Our lattes came out after the food, we were never asked for refills on black coffee, and they didn’t even ask how the food was. The place is maybe 1/4 full and wait staff are just standing around. Very disappointed and will not be coming again.
