Dunkin'

I'm not one to leave reviews let alone bad ones, but every time I go to this location something is wrong. Like my last interaction for example. There wasn't even a long line but it took forever to just make the order. Which doesn't make sense because apparently the kitchen was closed and they didn't have what seemed like half their items. On top of all of that I also go the wrong order, They are always either missing something or the order is wrong. I'm just going to go to CJ's from now on.

I went yesterday for my pumpkin coffee with no problem, I go today and they said they don't have it, I asked them if they ran out because I was just there yesterday some other lady jumps in conversation and says they shouldn't have sold it to you until the 17th. I understand that but this lady said it in a rude/unprofessional way and didn't even apologize that's not my fault "they shouldn't sold it to you". I will keep driving to the Dunkin on 173 instead or Waukegan. Lines are always too long at this location.

Tried again after stopping 9 months ago because of issues and nothing much has changed. Did mobile order and went in and waited then finally stood at counter Leaning over to see what they may have waiting at was able to get some attention. Showed the lady my number and she looked at what was behind the counter and it was the order except the coffee and other stuff and she stated they don't have the flavor requested so she made something else. No problem, Get home and find the other hot foot that was sitting waiting was not entirely correct.
