Dunkin'

Ordered an iced coffee - that's it. Waited 10 minutes. A woman comes in after me, gets a breakfast sandwich and cold brew and was given her order right away. So, I mention to the girl behind the counter that I have been waiting 10 minutes for just an iced coffee and the woman that came in after me (thank goodness she did or who knows how long I would have been waiting) already received her order. They made my coffee then and mumbled "sorry about that."

This location is my favorite! They usually have a small wait in the drive-thru when I go, but im never in a rush. That's my me time when I'm out, or girl time with my kiddos. They love their Matcha drinks. I love my iced vanilla coffees. And I'm always down to try anything new that contains caffeine/ espresso / coffee. You know mommas gotta keep that energy flowing through her to keep up with the kids! But the drive-thru line is always quick even if there is a line. The staff is always quick and friendly, no matter what time of day you go. I have never had any issues here. This is my go to Coffee stop! Always will be! Love it!

I came here on March 18 to grab a large iced coffee and chocolate munchkins and the customer service was great especially from one lady working the register. I'll have to grab her name next time. I really hope you are paying these employees over $10/hr because they deserve it and I would stop going If I found out that these great employees are getting paid very low poverty wages
