Dunkin'

I've been calling.. No one is answering the phone.. do u not have a work phone?

My tea bag was ripped so there was the contents of the tea bag floating around in my tea so I couldn't drink it and they tried to say that honey is now $.50 a packet. Yea right. I bought tea so you should provide some honey please and thank you, I work in dunkin donuts, I know that we don't charge for honey packets especially since I bought a large cup of tea. Who doesn't put honey in tea. Good thing I didn't buy the honey because my tea was ruined! Poor customer service, everyone has attitude.

Very slow...very, very slow. And it was only 3 of us in there. Should not take 23 mins to wait on 3 people when a majority of your food is already pre cooked. Associates are nice though and store was really clean.
