Dunkin'

They always give you the bagel with cream cheese on it unlike other Dunkin where they just give a bagel, knife and a pack of cream cheese

There were 3 women talking to a window customer when I came in. I was there ( 7 minutes ) before they decided to come over to me. I was clearing my throat & saying hello, & they continued to ignore me. It wasn't until another customer came inside that they came to the counter. I would recommend to anyone, to go somewhere else if your looking for good customer service. ???????????????????? Those women are a reflection on your company DD. I would get that in check if you don't want to lose anymore customers. I will NOT be going back to that location. Very unprofessional!

I’d normally put like 4 stars but after todays experience… lucky I even put stars. Who ever was taking DT orders around 11:30 ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT HOW MUCH MILK I WANTED IN MY LATTE AND STILL DIDNT FREAKIN MAKE IT RiGHT!! Here’s y’all’s tip, DONT ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ON HOW MUCH MILK THEY WANT! That’s terrible customer service. Customers ALWAYS right. You want $$? Act right
