Dunkin'

We will never go to this location again! We have tired several times to give them a chance and they can never get our on line order correct. As I’m writing this my husband is still in the drive through trying to pick up our order and they tried giving him the wrong order several times and they can’t find it. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. So we will just drive a little further for our donuts from some place that gets it right. None of the donuts were the ones we ordered, this morning. We will drive a little further to get donuts.

We have tried this location multiple times. Every time we have gone they are out of something, not knowing where our order is, messing up the order, it’s always something. I will not return to this location. They need some help getting this place organized.

Out of the “40” different flavor selections (employee said they have 40, didn’t look like that) they had 6 kinds of donuts in the display….. 6. I asked if they needed some time to restock the display, nope, was told this is all they have for the next 4 days. It’s a Saturday morning, and for the long Labor Day weekend you have 6 kinds of donuts? Great management in this location, top notch. Save your time and go somewhere else.
