So, my boyfriend and I have named this "The World's Worst Dunkin Donuts" because it never disappoints when you need a laugh. Whether it's a long wait at the speaker or the "sorry, we don't have coffee, sorry we don't have donuts, sorry we don't have bagels." It's 100% rediculous at all times.
Honestly. I have no idea why I keep trying this location. Everytime I go there is always an issue and the employees are not interested in helping the customer. Today was no different. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told the drive thru "isn't available for 30 minutes, but you can come inside.". Feeling completely inconvenienced, I chose to park, gather my things, and go inside. When I ordered my coffee and mini bagels. I was informed food can't be made right now. I said I'll go to a different store and walked out. This location should be closed or very much looked at for an employee overhaul!
Why advertise something in store, online, and on menu that is not carried anymore? Butter pecan flavoring is still advertised in all of these places for this location but they don't actually carry it. Hmmmmm.... Staff was good though, very friendly
