I had the worst customer service experience today at this location. The employee(named Angel) on shift gave me the wrong order. I was calm, polite and simply asked him to correct it or to give me a refund. The employee kept trying to correct me and started to be rude and obnoxious. Terrible customer care experience.
Drive thru was a nightmare, so I decided to come inside. They seemed overwhelmed with nobody helping the customers at the register as they were more consumed with drive thru.
Pretty bad. The only thing they got right was my iced coffee. The breakfast sandwich had one piece of bacon on it. The decaf had no sugar. I do not recommend this place. The one at 95th and Ridgeland is a lot better.
