If I could give 0 stars I would. I am appalled at the customer service I received at this location. I pulled up to the speaker and asked if two separate orders could be placed the order taker said no issue. We pull up to the window and my friends card wasn’t working (the chip can be finikey). A VERY rude worker in the background said “your cards being declined I need to use the other card you gave me for this order or you need to give me another one right now” very very harshly. I then proceed to help my friend pull her other card out of the wallet (keep in mind this was about a total of 90 seconds). The worker then screams at us saying we’re holding up the line and I need to hurry up or leave the line. I looked at the worker and told him he was being rude and he goes “yeah I am and your holding up my line” I continue to ask the window worker if this is how they treat there customers and she told me to “shhhh” and just leave to not make him angrier????? We went super early about 5:30 am. We went through drive thru. The donuts I ordered were cold and felt like a day old. I was super disappointed when we got home. I wanted to surprise my kids, I was bummed at the quality.

Ordered 3 dozen doughnuts to take home. Quality was cheap toppings and filling were applied at the minimum and the dough did not taste fresh my granddaughter and i decided to eat a sandwich there which was a mistake. We ordered croissant sandwiches and hash browns. The croissant was the only good part, the egg didn't even taste like egg,sausage was tasteless and the bacon was burnt. The hash browns were totally ridiculous. They are the little round ones similar to Burger King. You only get 5 of them in an order for $1.20. They came burnt black and soggy. I couldn't belive they only give you 5 and they come burnt. I took them back to the counter and gave them back and told him that this is ridiculous, i didn't ask for money back or exchange I was just fed up with the whole experience. They had the nerve to bring me another order out which was another 5 burnt black just not quite as bad. I did try to eat one by putting alot of ketchup on it but it tasted really bad. Hopefully this review
