Person who was taking orders, randomly stopped. Left a line outside and could clearly still hear them talking and wouldn’t say anything. Mic turned off randomly. Waited for like 10-15 mins thinking maybe they’re in restroom but no one came out. I came to another DD and several other cars had followed. Guessing they are still hiding. After reading reviews as well. Never coming here again.

Frist they did my drink wrong. We want back and the girl at the window was the worst She was rude and cursed at us. I called to ask for a manager I’m sure she picked up and said they didn’t have a manager today. I buy coffee from this store at least ones a day. And for the rude B**** learn do customer service

The guy working was great! I came on Sep 29 for the free med coffee deal and the offer didn't work, even though I hadn't used it yet. Instead of turning the offer down, he gave me the coffee for free and was completely kind during the transaction. He and the other female coworker, one with magenta highlight I beleive, not the one with fully pink/magenta hair, were working really hard on doing the orders in the drive thru and inside. I know some managers and bosses read these so please give him and the lady that was working with him a raise.
