Dunkin'

If only I could leave negative stars. This Dunkin is terrible, the customer service the quality, just everything is horrible! The employees are so rude! They gave me the wrong order of donuts for my kids as well as gave me a drink that was half full, but I didn’t realize until I got into the car because the phone had settled by then and when I went back to ask them to make a new one and show them that it was only half full, the two girls looked at each other and laughed and said no it definitely wasn’t, in a rude tone. Then they just walked away while I sat in the drive-through So now I am stuck with the wrong house fool drink and the wrong donuts for my kids. I couldn’t believe how terribly ignorant they were! Like you work in customer service!! That’s sad.

The staff here are rude and act like it’s a problem to help you with your order! How does a food facility run out of napkin’s??? Never did I have such a bad experience at a dunking before today!!!

UPDATE 7/25/2022: Open until 8:00pm every night night despite what Google or the Dunkin app says. This location has made great improvements over the last year or so and is vastly better with customer service and quality. The new management has made a difference. Thank you. Original Review: Employees frequently decide to close down the store early. Or if they stay open dump all of their coffee so there is nothing to order and refuse to brew any more. The new hours closing at 8:00pm are also insane. I formerly stopped in every night after work but that is no longer possible.
