Dunkin'

I ordered an iced coffee from this establishment. My stomach started feeling funny, and halfway through my coffee, I saw what looked like mold cheese from expired milk. I called the store and was demanded to bring the coffee back and “prove” I was not lying. Do better. I have a horrible stomach and cramps. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I have decided to complain formally. Need better sanitation, better management, and better customer service.

Two front counter people Eli and Mercedes always look dirty for work like they rolled out of bed. from personal experience they treat workers bad , and over all just a messy dunkin. i wouldn’t want people who look like they rolled out of bed with greasy hair to serve my food. not to mention no one has a food handlers. but we’re supposed to have one. terrible staff and rude to customers when boss is not around. would never work for this company again. under paid and over worked . new staff always gets the short end of stuck because everyone is so close. it’s sad .

I used to come here daily since it is on my way to work, but never again! I asked for a large decaf with skim milk and Splenda. I got to work and tasted the drink and it tasted unusually bitter. So I opened it and to my horror there was a crust all over my cup and lid, and there was some crust floating in the coffee! I called and spoke with Michelle Kosinski who identified herself as the manager. I told her what happened and she told me to come in so she can remake it. I am at work so that is not a possibility, and then when I asked her for the corporate number she told me she doesn’t know it! Not only am I going to make sure I let corporate know about this I am also going to make sure the health department knows about this.
