If I could give a 0 star I would. I went here at 6:10am for breakfast and my sausage biscuit was cold and taste half done and the hashbrowns were reheated and burned. The young lady at the window had a very ugly frown on her face and had an attitude when I asked for condiments. She didn't give me a receipt and her attitude was so rude I almost drove off without my card.. They were not busy and will not answer the phone

Fast friendly and hot. Just don’t like the upkeep of the lot between them and the other restaurants in the plaza. Probably the people fault that come through order eat in the lot and throw their bags on the ground. Besides that they’re great

Update: They have cleaned this up. But now it's just super slow. Been living in the area for what seems like forever and this is my closest location. There are a couple of people that make my experience pleasant like always smile, positive, know my order when I start but recently is where my 2 stars came from. The recent wait time is awful 22 plus minutes in drive thru even if you order online. Since I'm in the drive through for so long I have time to notice the outside which honestly is so unappealing, recently the front of this DD has become the home of a dog and its owner who have trash, boxes of kittens and dog food strewn along the front entrance. I said something about it to one of the workers I didn't know and he was like oh he works here sometimes. As much as I patronize this DD I do visit the CFA next door and the Starbucks down the road and all I could think is they would never. I did get pics on 2 different days and it's really not appealing especially for food service.
