Dunkin'

Never a great experience. Employees are overly unenthusiastic and get my order wrong from time to time.

If I can give this Dunkin zero stars I would. I just experienced something awful. This gentleman was waiting for over 10 minutes and finally said something and the one guy was super rude. Then another guy came out from the back and told him there’s a bell there to make it easier and the gentleman. Another guy came from the back cursed at him and told him to get out the store cursed this gentleman out and told him to get out that he’s not going to serve him. Don’t go to this Dunkin! It’s a joke! They need to replace the whole staff! I was cursed out 3 months ago on the drive through because of what I ordered. This is insane! You call corporate and they do absolutely nothing about it. They need to close this place down! Or actually give the employees some kind of training.

This place is a complete fiasco! Like all the other Dunkin Donuts locations they switched to a commissary system (the donuts are made at some other location and shipped here). This system flat out doesn't work if you're someone who likes a particular donut because nine times out of ten they won't have what you want. In my case all I want is the regular Old Fashioned Donut which they almost never have. For months I've told them to simply order more of these and they've proven totally inept at this - or unwilling.
