Dunkin'

Regrettably terrible today,I was asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for my bagel and hashbrowns five minutes go pass I get out to knock on the door because it's locked no one answer for at least 2min finally someone comes to the counter and gives me the wait a minute finger.I couldn't wait any longer or I would be late for work so I called to let them know why I left and ask what the store policy is on asking customers to pull forward to wait for your order .I was told by the Manager the Owner said we can tell you to move forward and wait as we tend to our other customers when I asked for the Manager name and her name she said have a blessed day and hung up on me.She never addressed the issue of my items I didn't receive. Looks like I'll have to call corporate about this one.

I've been living up the street from this Dunkin for 7 years and it has gotten consistently worse over the past year or so. Hash browns always dry and overcooked and the coffee is watered down(I only order hash browns and iced coffee). I hate that I have to travel further, but I refuse to waste anymore money at the Dyer location.

I didn’t get any of the names of the employees that are working right now but every single one of them was very professional and extremely sweet!
